What Senedra is
Senedra is a commercial control system for construction subcontracts. It reads the contract, quotes every term word for word with its clause and page, and builds the register your team runs the job from.
What it isn't
Not legal advice, not QS advice. It won't issue notices, calculate entitlement or claim money for you. Decisions stay with you and your QS; Senedra makes sure you can see and prove what the contract says.
How we work
It's built in the UK for NEC4, JCT and FIDIC subcontracts. Contracts are processed privately, never used to train any model, and every register is checked by a person before it reaches you.
Where we are
Early stage, by design. We're inviting a small first group of commercial teams to run Senedra on their own contracts. No borrowed logos; we'd rather earn them.
I kept watching good subcontractors lose money they'd actually earned: variations agreed on site that never made it to paper, notices that quietly time-barred, onerous clauses buried in sixty pages no one re-read. Senedra is the tool I wanted on those jobs: it reads the contract and lays out what matters, tied to the exact clause and page, so a person can act on it in minutes instead of hours. It doesn't replace your QS. It gives them a clean, defensible starting point.
