Know what you signed.

A subcontract runs to sixty pages and a schedule of amendments, and the terms that decide your money are scattered through all of it. Read turns that into one register you can actually work from.

How it works

What goes in

The subcontract as it was issued, however long it runs, together with the schedule of amendments: Z-clauses, Particular Conditions, whatever the other side attached at the back. Scanned copies are fine, it reads those too.

What it does

It reads every page and pulls out the terms that decide money. Each one is quoted word for word and cited to its clause and page, and rated, so the dangerous terms surface first instead of sitting unread on page fifty-one.

What comes out

You get a control register covering payment, retention, notices, obligations, evidence and risk. Alongside it, answers to questions asked in your own words, the risk picture ordered worst first, and a point-by-point comparison against the standard form before anyone amended it.

An example

Three rows, as they come out.

Payment mechanism …due 7 days after assessment… Y(UK)2 · p.12 CITED
Notice / time-bar …notify within 8 weeks… 61.3 · p.22 FLAGGED
Retention 3%, half released at completion… X16 · p.18 CITED

These rows are illustrative. Nothing here comes from a real contract.

Who reviews it

Your team, before anyone acts on it.

If Senedra cannot find the words in the document, the item does not go in the register. Nothing is inferred and nothing is filled in from a guess. Anything derived, date dependent or unusual is put in a review queue for a person to confirm, so no line reaches you unseen.

Senedra describes what the contract says. It does not tell you what to do about it, and it is not legal advice or QS advice. Human review is required.
